Toucan Surprise (Serves 4, oven at 200°C)
1 can tuna (or more, suggests Judith)
1 can condensed mushroom soup
Sweetcorn — tinned or frozen (if frozen, cook along with pasta)
400g pasta
Grated cheese for topping
Put pasta on to boil, and heat oven. Take a mixing bowl large enough to hold everything, and mix together the tuna, soup and sweetcorn if tinned. When pasta is cooked, drain and mix in too. Top with grated cheese and cook at 200°C for 15 minutes.
