1 onion
1lb sausages, or other meat. Cut sausages in half or smaller.
Potatoes, peeled and sliced.
1pt stock
Fry onion and meat in oil. Layer sliced potatoes over meat. Cover and cook in oven for 30mins. Serve with vegetables.
Serves 4, possibly. I’m not too sure about the quantities of potato.
